| Daily maintenance
is key to keeping the Hydromix® working
efficiently. The blend screw is equipped with replaceable wear surfaces to
extend its life.

Experience shows
that daily removal of built up slurry from the blend tube with high
pressure water is necessary. We recommend a 3000 to 4000 lb. pressure washer
to facilitate this process. A needle gun or light air-chisel will also be necessary.
There are a number of grease points which need daily inspection and/or application.
Some grease points may need replenishing at times through each day.

| Typical daily
maintenance takes between 30 and 60 minutes at the end of the day, although some of
our customers have innovative maintenance processes that reduce this substantially.
